A pilot program was designed to use the Commwell platform due to its easy and very intuitive user interface. Following the initial regular visit with the local clinic team the pat ients were randomly referred to the Commwell Health eCare booths which were equipped with a set of instruments for the measurement of blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature, oxygen saturation, blood glucose level and a Commwell Physioglove 12-lead ECG.
All of the measurement data was transmitted to a tablet and was automatically uploaded to to the Commwell Health eCare cloud-based remote patient management platform. All the information was made accessible to the local health team.
